Regular Author

At least one author of each accepted paper must register by November 22^nd, 2019 to ensure its inclusion in the conference proceedings. Each registration will allow the publication and presentation of just one paper. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference. Besides, the registration fee includes:

Conference material;
Lunch during the conference;
Coffee breaks;
Conference dinner; and
Certificate of participation.

In case a co-author wishes to participate in the event with a paper that has already been registered, he/she must be joined as an attendant and pay for this concept.

Attendant: Student

The registration fee includes:

Discounts for student groups (10 students min).

All fees are without VAT. A 12% VAT surcharge is applicable if you are invoiced in Ecuador (payment by local transfer or deposit).
