Welcome to the 1st International Conference on Applied Technologies in Quito – Ecuador on December 3-5, 2019.
The 1st International Conference on Applied Technologies (ICAT) aims to bring together top researchers and practitioners working in different domains in the field of ICT (Information and Communications Technology) to exchange their expertise and to discuss the perspectives of development and collaboration.
ICAT 2019 will be held in Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas “ESPE” located in Quito – Ecuador and is jointly co-organized by Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas “ESPE”, Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) and Universidad Técnica del Norte, in collaboration with GDEON®.
ICAT 2019 invites high-quality submissions in different areas in the field of ICT (Information and Communications Technology). Research Track: Papers must describe novel and original work that pushes the state-of-the-art. Case studies and empirical research papers are also welcome. Industry Track: Papers should prioritize impact and realism over novelty. We expect that industry track publications report useful testing tools, successful stories, and experiences when applying theories and methodologies into practice, or promising prototypes that have the potential to impact practice in the next few years. Topics of interest include but are not limited to ICAT Topics.
