ICAT is jointly co-organized by Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas “ESPE”, Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja (UTPL) and Universidad Técnica del Norte and supported by GDEON®. Its purpose is to bring together top researchers and practitioners working in different domains in the field of ICT, to exchange their expertise and to discuss the perspectives of development and collaboration.
